# Where can I find documents like DPA or W-9?

> Download compliance and tax documents — penetration test attestation, SOC 2 report, DPA, and W-9 — from Settings → Documents in the MailBlastr dashboard.

MailBlastr keeps your account’s compliance and tax documents in one place in the dashboard, under **Settings → Documents**. This is a dashboard-only area — there is no API endpoint for it — and you must be signed in to your account to access it.

## What’s on the page

- **Penetration test** — a Letter of Attestation from the independent third-party security firm that performs MailBlastr’s annual penetration testing, available to download.
- **SOC 2** — MailBlastr’s SOC 2 Type II report (under the AICPA framework), covering the audited period, available to download.
- **DPA** — the Data Processing Agreement governing how MailBlastr processes data on your behalf. The version here is pre-signed by MailBlastr and is considered fully executed once you have an account, so no counter-signature is required.
- **Form W-9** — provides MailBlastr’s U.S. taxpayer identification number for vendor onboarding and accounts payable.
