# Managing teams

> Share a MailBlastr account with teammates and switch between the teams you belong to.

A MailBlastr account can be shared so teammates send from the same verified domains and see the same emails, audiences, and campaigns. Team access is managed from the dashboard.

## Inviting teammates

- Open **Team** in the dashboard sidebar.
- Click **Invite**, enter an email address, and select a role (**Admin** or **Member**).
- The teammate receives an email invitation and accepts it to join.
- Members share the account's domains, API keys scope, audiences, and sending history.

## Roles and permissions

| Role | Permissions |
| --- | --- |
| **Member** | Manage emails, domains, and webhooks. |
| **Admin** | All Member permissions, plus invite users, update payment/billing, change member roles, and delete the team. |

## Changing a member's role

As an admin, open **Team**, find the member, and choose **Change role** from the more-options menu. The new role takes effect on confirmation.

## Switching teams

If you belong to more than one team (your own plus accounts you've been invited to), the dashboard lets you **switch the active team context** — click the team name in the top-left corner and pick a team from the dropdown. Your view — emails, domains, audiences — reflects the team you currently have selected.

## Leaving a team

Open **Team**, click the more-options menu next to your name, and select **Leave Team**.

> **Warning:** If you are the **last member**, leaving permanently deletes the team and all its data — you must confirm by typing **DELETE**. If other members remain but you are the **only admin**, you must promote another member to admin before you can leave.

> **Note:** API keys belong to the account that created them. To send on behalf of a team, create the key while that team is active.
