Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information MailBlastr collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run your account and send your campaigns.

Last updated: June 7, 2026

1. Overview

MailBlastr ("MailBlastr", "we", "us") provides an email platform that lets you send email from your own verified sending domain through MailBlastr's infrastructure, to recipient lists (audiences and contacts) you manage in MailBlastr. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our website, API, dashboard, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:
  • Account information — your name and email address, obtained through Google Sign-In when you create an account.
  • Campaign data — the campaigns you create, including subject lines, message templates, schedules, follow-up steps, and the sending status of each message.
  • Recipient data — the audiences and contacts you create and manage in MailBlastr, and the per-message send/open/click status we record to run, deduplicate, and report on a campaign.
  • Usage and device data — basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, used to operate and secure the Service.
  • Support communications — messages you send us when you ask for help.

3. Google sign-in

MailBlastr's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. If you choose to sign in with Google, we use Google Sign-In only to authenticate you and create your account. We request only the basic profile and email-address scopes needed to do this. MailBlastr does not access your Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, or any other Google product — sending happens through your own verified domain on MailBlastr's infrastructure, not through your Google account.
  • We use the information from Google Sign-In (your name and email address) solely to create and secure your MailBlastr account.
  • We do not request access to, read, or store the contents of your Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Drive, or any other Google service.
  • We do not transfer information received from Google to third parties except as needed to provide the Service, for security or legal reasons, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
  • We do not use information received from Google for advertising, and we do not sell it.
  • We do not allow humans to read information received from Google unless we have your consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with the law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
You can review and revoke MailBlastr's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:
  • Operate the Service — authenticate you, send your campaigns, run follow-ups, and show delivery, open, and click reporting.
  • Maintain and improve the Service, troubleshoot problems, and develop new features.
  • Protect the Service and our users by detecting abuse, fraud, and security issues.
  • Communicate with you about your account, important changes, and support requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited cases:
  • Service providers — vendors who help us run the Service (for example, cloud hosting and email delivery infrastructure), under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
  • Legal reasons — when required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MailBlastr, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information consistent with this policy.

6. Data retention

We keep account and campaign data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete a campaign or close your account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

7. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive stored credentials, access controls, and the principle of least privilege. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:
  • Revoke MailBlastr's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account settings.
  • Delete campaigns and their associated data from within the Service.
  • Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@mailblastr.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies that are necessary to operate the Service — for example, to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.

12. Contact us
