How do I change my account email?
Change the email address on your MailBlastr account from your account settings in the dashboard.
You change the email address on your MailBlastr account from account settings in the dashboard. This is a dashboard-only action — there is no API endpoint for it.
- 1Open your profile
Sign in to the dashboard and go to your profile / account settings.
- 2Enter the new email
Under your email, type the new address in the email field and submit the update.
- 3Confirm from both inboxes
You are signed out, and a confirmation email is sent to both your new and your current address. Click the confirmation link in each email to complete the change.
- 4Sign in with the new email
Once both confirmations are done, log back in using your new email address.
The change is not complete until you confirm from both inboxes. Requiring confirmation from the current address as well as the new one prevents someone from hijacking the account if they gain access to only one mailbox.
Changing your account email does not affect your API keys, verified domains, or sending — those are tied to the account, not to the login email.
