email.scheduled
Fires when an email is accepted for sending at a future time.
The email.scheduled event fires when an email is scheduled to be sent at a future time — for example when you pass a future scheduled_at to `POST /emails`.
When the scheduled time arrives and the message is dispatched, you will receive `email.sent` for the same email_id.
