Billing & plans
How plans and usage work, and where to manage billing.
MailBlastr offers a free tier to get started, with paid plans for higher sending volume and additional features. Compare plans on the pricing page.
Your plan
Your current plan and limits are shown under Billing in the dashboard. Sending volume counts against your plan's daily quota and usage limits.
What you can manage
The Billing page gives a clear view of your subscription details, billing email, payment method, and invoices. From here you can:
- View and manage your subscription — upgrade, downgrade, or modify your current plan.
- Manage billing contacts — ensure the right people receive billing-related notifications.
- Update payment information — add or change your credit card and billing details.
- Add a billing address — provide your billing address for invoices.
- Add a tax ID — add your VAT number or tax ID for proper invoicing.
- Access invoices — download past invoices for your records.
Canceling your subscription
- Go to the Billing page.
- Open the more-options menu next to your plan.
- Select Cancel Subscription.
Self-serve plan upgrades are rolling out — to change plans today, start from the pricing page or contact support. Invoices appear under Billing once a paid plan is active. For any other billing inquiries, contact support.
