Managing teams
Share a MailBlastr account with teammates and switch between the teams you belong to.
A MailBlastr account can be shared so teammates send from the same verified domains and see the same emails, audiences, and campaigns. Team access is managed from the dashboard.
Inviting teammates
- Open Team in the dashboard sidebar.
- Click Invite, enter an email address, and select a role (Admin or Member).
- The teammate receives an email invitation and accepts it to join.
- Members share the account's domains, API keys scope, audiences, and sending history.
Roles and permissions
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Member | Read-only access to the workspace — view emails, domains, audiences and campaigns. |
| Admin | Full read/write on the workspace — send mail and manage emails, domains, audiences, campaigns and webhooks. |
Inviting, removing and re-roling teammates, and buying a plan, always apply to your own account — not to a team whose data you are currently viewing.
Changing a member's role
Open Settings → Team, find the member, and pick the new role from the role dropdown in their row. The change takes effect immediately.
Switching teams
If you belong to more than one team (your own plus accounts you've been invited to), the dashboard lets you switch the active team context — open Settings → Team and pick an account under Viewing data for. Your view — emails, domains, audiences — reflects the team you currently have selected.
API keys belong to the account that created them. To send on behalf of a team, create the key while that team is active.
